Order Processing & Minimum Requirements:
All wholesale orders require a minimum subtotal of $250.00 (before taxes and shipping).
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you need to make any changes, contact us immediately at info@dutyfreenovelty.com. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancellations once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship across the United States and Canada using trusted national and regional carriers. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, or seasonal volume surges.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, your tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive your tracking details or require assistance, please contact info@dutyfreenovelty.com
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to high order volume, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen factors.
If your order is lost, delayed, arrives damaged, or appears tampered with, contact us right away with the following details:
Full name and order number
Description of the issue
Supporting photos or videos
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or credit.
Returns & Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. To initiate a return:
Email info@dutyfreenovelty.com within 10 days of delivery.
Include your invoice number, a description of the issue, and photo/video evidence.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Please Note:
Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been tampered with, misused, or damaged due to improper handling.
Approved returns may be replaced or credited on your next invoice, depending on availability.
Holiday & Peak Season Notices
During high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and December holidays), please allow for minor shipping delays. We do not process or ship orders on federal holidays, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
